Registration

Powered by CrowdCompass and Zoom, HeritageRail Alliance will present its first virtual Spring Symposium on March 23-25, 2021.  Each day will begin at 1:00 pm eastern with interactive plenary sessions, and breakout sessions taking place on days two and three.  The Symposium will center on lessons learned in 2020 and how to adapt and apply new practices to recovery efforts in 2021.  The presenters are fellow operating and commercial members and supporters of HeritageRail Alliance who are eager to share their first-hand, on-the-ground experiences and observations since the initial waves of shutdowns in March 2020.   For more information about scheduled plenary and breakout sessions, download the program HERE

Registration fees are $50 for members and $65 for non-members.  Organizations must be an active member of the Alliance and use the conference code that was issued to register at the discounted rate.  If you are an active member and have not received your conference code, please e-mail Lynette Rickman, Executive Director to confirm your membership status.  Each attendee of each member organization must register individually with his or her own unique e-mail address.

In order to participate in the conference and access the Zoom conference links, registrants will need to log in to the CrowdCompass site with the e-mail used to register for the symposium in advance of the conference start date.

URLs and links to download CrowdCompass will be sent from CrowdCompass in a separate e-mail to registered attendees 24 - 48 hours after receipt of paid registration.  Additional information will be provided in the registration confirmation.

Attendees are responsible for securing their own Internet access and reliable connections on conference days.  HeritageRail Alliance is not responsible for disruption, low quality or other interference due to location or connection issues with individual Internet providers during the conference.  Refunds will not be issued.  Partial payments for partial attendance will not be accepted.

* NOTE:  If paying by check, please download and return the Registration Form with the appropriate payment.  Upon receipt of payment, registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail.  The conference code must be included in the form to be eligible for the member rate.  Payments received at the member rate without the member code provided will be returned Registrations in hard copy will not be processed after March 21.  Registrations post-marked March 21 will not arrive in time for processing and will be returned.

We anticipate the virtual nature of the conference will draw a larger audience than would be expected for a live event; therefore, opportunities to meet and engage with vendors will take place between sessions each day.  To learn more about vendor and sponsor opportunities, please download the Vendor-Sponsor Information Package  and Vendor-Sponsor Application.  For a live demonstration of the vendor-sponsor experience please e-mail Lynette Rickman, Executive Director (contact@heritagerail.org), for an appointment.

With special thanks to our sponsors
