All vendor packages include one complimentary conference ticket good for all meals and events. Vendors are encouraged to "step out" and enjoy all conference activities and get to know our members on a social, as well as professional, level. Click HERE for a tentative agenda.
Overnight accommodations at conference rates are available at the conference host hotel: Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown-Arena. Room rates are $149.00/night. Click HERE for more information and to reserve a room.
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-request basis, and additional tables are available for purchase. Click here to view the floorplan and current table assignments. Please list your top three choices when you register. You may also e-mail your top three table choices (or any questions) to Lynette Rickman, Executive Director. Vendor setup is between 6:00 am and 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 25. Teardown takes place on Friday, April 26 beginning any time after 2:30 pm and must be completed by 8:00 pm.
