No matter where your organization fits in spector or heritage railroads, if you earn income through visitation, then you're putting yourself at risk for a lawsuit. A slip, trip, or fall could take you to court. Or you may find yourself in front of the judge for an environmental issue or for a potential violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
